Do you offer financing?

What does the payment schedule look like?

We follow a milestone-based payment schedule tied to project phases — typically a deposit at signing, then payments as major phases are completed. We never ask for full payment upfront, and everything is spelled out clearly in your contract before we begin.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope. A bathroom remodel takes 2–4 weeks, a kitchen 4–8 weeks, a room addition 8–16 weeks, and an ADU typically 4–8 months including permits. We give you a realistic timeline upfront and keep you updated throughout.

Do I need to move out during construction?

For most remodels — no. We seal off work areas, maintain clean job sites, and schedule noisy work during reasonable hours. For large-scale projects like full-home renovations or new construction, we’ll discuss the best plan with you in advance.
